Hi, I’m Jenn. I’ve lived the struggle many of my clients face — I battled body image issues, an eating disorder, and got trapped in the diet merry-go-round of extreme diets / rebound weight gain.

After a hysterectomy at 39, my body / hormones / energy shifted — and I needed a sustainable path to reclaim strength & confidence. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, exhausted, and ready for a program that actually fits your life.

I began my fitness career in 1996 as a personal trainer / group instructor — teaching everything from step classes to hi-low cardio. Before opening my business in 2013, I worked in functional wellness with top companies, pharmacists, and supplement teams — helping real women adopt holistic nutrition strategies that actually worked.
