SHIFT is a group program for women over 40 who want to feel strong, capable, and confident again — without dieting, macro tracking, forced check-ins, or trying to keep up with a version of themselves from a different phase of life.

Why SHIFT Exists

After my hysterectomy in 2019, I found myself unexpectedly lost in the fitness world — even as a coach. My body had changed. My hormones had changed. My life had changed.

Fast forward to now — my daughter is 14, a competitive dancer, and my days look very different. I’m a taxi. I’m a chef. I’m a business owner. I’m a woman navigating real life.

And what I kept hearing from women in my community was this:

  • I want programming and support — but I don’t want pressure.
  • I don’t want check-ins or progress photos.
  • I don’t want to be ‘performed’ or monitored.
  • I just want something that fits my life — that dives into functional wellness, hormones, metabolism, and sustainable habits.

SHIFT was built for that woman — the woman growing, evolving, and ready for something sustainable.

Social media is flooded with information about peri-menopause and menopause — hormone hacks, supplements, peptides, protocols, and fear-based messaging.

It’s overwhelming.

Through my own journey — including Dutch hormone testing, functional medicine approaches, deep education, and lived experience — I’ve found a path of clarity and peace.
