After my hysterectomy in 2019, I found myself unexpectedly lost in the fitness world — even as a coach. My body had changed. My hormones had changed. My life had changed.
Fast forward to now — my daughter is 14, a competitive dancer, and my days look very different. I’m a taxi. I’m a chef. I’m a business owner. I’m a woman navigating real life.
