Since 2001, I’ve been coaching women through every stage of fitness, from lifestyle transformations to competitive physique prep. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women from their very first steps on stage all the way to the pro level. When I founded my business in 2013, I focused on creating programs that made sense for women, combining nutrition strategies like reverse dieting and flexible dieting with a strong emphasis on metabolism and mindset. My goal has always been to empower clients to achieve sustainable results, whether that means improving physique, enhancing strength, or creating healthier habits that last a lifetime.
I specialize in programming that is precise and effective. I am a glute and physique specialist, designing programs that maximize aesthetics, performance, and functional fitness.
