What makes your approach different?

Our philosophy centers on education, strategy, and health, not extremes or quick fixes. Every program is built around evidence-based methods, hormonal awareness, mindset, and sustainable results. We focus on long-term success—whether your goal is stepping on stage or feeling stronger and healthier in everyday life.

How does the application or sign-up process work?

For ongoing programs like 1:1 Coaching, Online Trainer, SHIFT, and Dream Team Prep, you start by completing our coaching application. This allows us to review your goals, lifestyle, and availability, and ensure a good fit before onboarding.

One-time plans, consults, posing sessions, and other single-service offerings do not require an application — you can purchase them directly through our website.

How does billing work?

All ongoing programs require the first and last month’s payment upfront, giving you flexibility to cancel at any time with your final month already covered.

Payments can be made via credit card or e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer, a 2% daily interest fee applies to any late payments. After the initial payment, billing continues on a monthly basis, maintaining access to coaching, updates, and communication.

Do you work with beginners or only competitors?

We coach all experience levels—from complete beginners to IFBB Pros.
Our focus is on education and progression, so whether you’re learning the basics or fine-tuning elite performance, we’ll meet you where you are and help you grow.

What’s included in online programs?

  • Personalized training and nutrition (if included in the program)

  • Check-ins and adjustments

  • Direct communication with your coach

  • Education on metabolism, mindset, and performance

  • Full access to our on-the-go app for tracking, communication, and program updates

  • Entry to challenges, webinars, and optional Zoom upgrades for certain programs

Note: Online Training Only programs provide structured workouts without nutrition guidance but still include app access, challenge entry, webinars, and optional Zoom upgrades.

What kind of nutrition approach do you use?

We follow a flexible dieting philosophy with options for customized meal plans when needed. This allows clients to build long-term food autonomy, developing confidence and skills to make informed nutrition choices without relying on rigid restrictions.

What are your core values for competitors?

We prioritize health, education, and longevity:

  • Prep is a season, not a lifestyle. Off-season work, reverse dieting, and metabolic restoration are key.

  • We create budget-friendly coaching with a baseline annual rate and prep-week adjustments so competition isn’t financially overwhelming.

  • Weekly check-ins (and more if needed) with cardio and training tailored individually—never cookie-cutter.

  • Clients’ mental health, family, finances, and overall well-being always come first.

  • We avoid junk volume training, unnecessary cardio, and overloading the nervous system—focusing instead on purposeful, high-intensity work that balances prep life and real life.

  • We work exclusively with Natural Athletes.

How soon should I apply if I’m competing?

We are currently accepting clients for the 2026 contest season. Athletes should apply at least six months before their show date to allow sufficient time for peak preparation.

Do you offer in-person coaching or posing?

Yes! In-person personal training are available in Victoria, BC (by appointment only).
Virtual posing and in-person are available online and in Parksville, BC.
